Mary French DNP-BC, APRN

Dr. Mary French, DNP-BC, APRN, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who joined the Institute of Endocrinology, Diabetes, Health & Hormones in 2021. A local of the Panama City area, she completed nursing training at Gulf Coast State College and advanced practice training culminating in a Doctor of Nursing Practice. Mary’s clinical focus is on engaging patients to understand and manage chronic conditions through education, lifestyle strategies, and individualized care planning.

Her practice emphasizes accessible communication and empowerment—helping patients set achievable goals for glycemic control, blood pressure, weight management, and medication adherence. She collaborates with endocrinologists and the IEDHH multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care, coordinate referrals, and implement evidence-based interventions. Mary’s approach is characterized by practical problem-solving, supportive counseling, and partnership with patients to improve long-term outcomes.
